From I-95 North or South

• Take Exit #57
• Exit onto Route 113 towards West Newbury
• Travel on Route 113 through West Newbury
• After Passing Pentucket Regional Middle & High Schools on right, the entrance to Nichols Village will be about 1/2 mile on the left. (The entrance to Nichols Way is located at 54 Main Street)
• Take a left onto Nichols Way and follow up the hill to find visitor parking

From I-495 West

• Take I-495 north to Exit 51A toward Haverhill (Route 125 south)
• Drive south on route 125 for 2 miles to Route 97 in downtown Haverhill
• Take a left onto Route 97 and follow for 2.5 miles until you come to the Groveland Bridge
• Immediately over the bridge, turn left onto Main Street (Route 113) and the entrance to Nichols Village will be 1.2 miles on the right. (The entrance to Nicholas Way is located at 54 Main Street)
• Take a right onto Nichols Way and follow up the hill to find visitor parking
